2. Como a pessoa soube da notícia
3. Primeiro sentimento demonstrado pela pessoa
4. Ligou a TV para ver a notícia.

1. As pessoas estavam fazendo coisas triviais:
I stopped at a stoplight
I was listening to WNYC
way to the dentist's office
attending a conference
I was asleep
sleep
I was surfing
put some bacon in the oven
As I brushed my hair
I turned on the TV

NPR
the announcer said
message on my cell phone
was obviously canceled once all hell broke loose.
my voice mail
I hear it before I can see it
My friend told me the news
There on the screen
I heard the news come on downstairs
to watch

I thought it was a joke
I was afraid to be alone
perplexed
"Oh, great. Bush found an excuse to bomb Iraq."
We are stunned
Something was wrong
Something terrible is happening
Amused
Needless to say

watching the footage of the burning towers
watched the plumes of smoke blacken the sky
watch CNN... main auditorium of the Journalism School
at the news and saw the videotape
Turn on your TV
The TV's on
turned on the TV
national reporters
I turned on the TV
